Refund Policy :
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:
- If you cancel a service before it has been provided, we will refund 100% of the cost of the service.
- If you cancel a service after it has been provided but within 7 days of the purchase date, we will refund 50% of the cost of the service.
- No refunds will be given for services cancelled after 7 days of the purchase date.
- If we are unable to deliver the services as agreed, we will provide a refund within 14 days of the request.
- Refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of the work completed.
- If the client cancels the services after the work has started, a refund will be provided based on the percentage of the work completed, minus any expenses incurred.
- No refund will be provided if the client terminates the services after completion of the work.
- Sensix Tech Private Limited reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
Non-Refundable Items :
Certain products or services may not be eligible for a refund. These include:
1. Downloadable digital products, such as software, e-books, or digital media, once the download link or access has been provided.
2. Services that have been fully rendered or utilized.
